CareSource Network LLC ("we", "us") operates the CareSource Network website and mobile app, a hiring network connecting healthcare providers with caregivers in the United States.

Information we collect

When you create an account: your name, email address, phone number and password. Your password is stored encrypted and is never visible to us.

If you are a caregiver: profession, years of experience, WhatsApp number, headline and summary, state, city and ZIP code, employment types and shift preferences, availability date, skills, languages spoken, states you are licensed to work in, whether you will relocate, your profile photo, your resume, certifications and their supporting documents, licence type, number, issuing state and expiry date, and professional references.

If you are a provider or employer: business name, logo and photos, category, description, address, contact person, phone, email, website, licence number, years in business, employee count, opening hours, services offered, languages spoken, service areas, team members, and job posts you create.

If you are a family account: providers you save and reviews you leave.

Everyone: support messages and any files you attach, and basic technical information such as your IP address, used to keep the service secure.

How we use it

To operate your account and show your profile or listing to the people it is meant for. To let employers search for caregivers and caregivers apply for roles. To send you messages about your account, applications and support requests. To verify licences with the issuing state board. To take payment for provider subscriptions. To prevent abuse of the service.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not track you across other apps or websites.

Who can see your information

Caregivers: your profile is visible to healthcare employers who hold a paid subscription. Your phone number, email and resume stay hidden until an employer chooses to reveal them, which is recorded. You can hide your profile from search at any time in the app, and your references are only ever shown to an employer who has revealed your contact details.

Providers: your listing is public once approved, and appears in the directory and search results.

Families: reviews you leave are public. Saved providers are private to you.

Service providers we use

Supabase (database, file storage and authentication), Stripe (subscription payments — we never see or store card numbers), Resend (email delivery), and Cloudflare (security and bot protection). Each processes data only to provide these services to us.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. Delete your account and your profile, documents, applications and saved items are permanently removed. Some records we are legally required to keep, such as payment records, are retained as required by law.
