Common questions
Is it free for caregivers? Yes. Creating a profile, applying for roles and being contacted by employers is free, always. We never take a percentage of your wages.
How do I get my licence verified? Add your licence details in the app under Licence. A person checks it against the issuing state board — not an automated database lookup. The verified badge appears on your profile once confirmed.
How do employers subscribe? Plans are managed on our website. Once subscribed, the features are active in the app straight away.
How do I delete my account? Account → Delete account in the app. It is permanent and removes your profile, documents and applications.
